The Perkins Roasting Company is Western Washington's newest and most innovative specialty coffee roasting service. We utilize the technologies provided by Fresh Roast Systems, Inc. in their advanced roasting system. The flexibility of this system allows us to eliminate roasting errors due to environmental conditions, or missed time and temperature profiles utilized by traditional roasters.

Due to these advanced technologies, like the Colortrack laser system, we are able to replicate roasts whether they are 5 minutes apart or 5 days apart. You can be assured of the most consistent results and the subsequent satisfaction of knowing that your coffee will be fresh roasted each and every time you refill your cupboard.

Additionally, this roasting system has been awarded patents in the United States and overseas for in store ventless roasting. This is possible due to dramatic reductions in emmissions, making this roaster one of the only "Green" roasters on the market today. Our commitment is as much to the environment as it is to the quality of the Fresh Roasted Specialty Coffees and products we provide.
